Mayor Ibrahim Mahmoud called on the state government to establish a bridge to connect the city of Matariq with the state capital, explaining that the city had become isolated from the state presidency due to the large number of lanes on the road, especially Khor Al-Juwain, which became a threat to the movement of the citizens of Bahr Al Arab to the city of Al Daein, acknowledging the existence of a food gap in the locality of the war of the Arabs. He called on the government to expedite the provision of food and health supplies.
